School Feast day

Dawn heralded a new day- a day filled with joy and celebration as it was the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary which is celebrated by the school every year on the 12th September. The celebration began with a solemn mass where the main celebrant was Rev. Fr. Antony Patrick Paul. The con celebrants where our principal Rev. Fr. Devraj Fernandes and Rev. Fr. Gnana Peppin.

After the mass there was the blessing of the school and then at 11:35 a. m a Cultural Programme was held presided over by our Chief Guest Rev. Fr Antony Patrick Paul who delivers a very thought provoking and touching speech to us on the love of a mother and the establishment of the school St. Mary’s which is named after Mother May. There were dances, put up by the tiny toddlers, middle and senior sections, two songs- one by the B. ed trainees and by the school teachers and a skit based on a mother’s unconditional love. At 1p. m a fellowship meal was held bringing an end to a heartfelt. joyous occassion.
